The inspiration was to truly
help people and do things a
little differently. I found working
under a particular brand
shadowed my creativity and
hindered my ability to give a
little extra to people. Having my
own company has allowed me to
let my imagination run free and
provide a remarkable service and
experience to all my clients.
My core purpose is to help
people. I have a passion for real

ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE
TO SOMEONE WHO WANT
TO BECOME CEO?
1) Be fearless but not reckless,
follow your gut but use your
brain.
2) Care for your people and they
will care for you. Just be nice,
you always catch more flies with
honey than you do with vinegar.
3) Be transparent, open and
someone who people can look up
to and trust.

One of my biggest failures
throughout my real estate
journey would be hiring the
wrong people to work with me.
I’ve learnt that every single one
of my staff members brings

time, commitment, integrity and
