Our theme this month of June is about rising from the ashes. No matter where where we find ourselves in life today; in brokeness, loss, sickness or sorrow, you can rise above every circumstance that has come to threaten your well being. In this place of ashes where everything dies, God raises us up so that our true beauty and true self emerges.
The bible says that all who are afflicted, burderned, brokenhearted and heavy will be given comfort. They will be given an ''ornament of beauty instead of ashes and a
garment of praise instead of sorrow.''
On the June cover, is Wanda Floyd who is a single mother raising eight children and resides in the USA. Wanda's story is about how she overcame depression due to the loss of her mother, to become a happy balanced woman filled with God's purpose for her life.
Though we are challenged somewhere in our life's journey, God always has a plan for us to rise from the ash and impact our world.
