Magnesium Why You Need It! I know it sounds like another ‘must have’ and frankly we hear everyday the things we must have and must do. However, as women who are striving to maintain a healthy life, our Magnesium intake is like our secret weapon to work with us to help ensure a longer life and ability to be active longer and stronger! Do you know the health benefits of Magnesium? Do you know that every cell in your body contains Magnesium, and the cells need Magnesium to function? Magnesium is needed for the overall function of your body - it is also essential in the regulation of blood sugar and blood pressure! Which means getting enough Magnesium is crucial to your overall good health. Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) Some preliminary studies link low Magnesium levels with childhood ADHD.
