Ramona Wright daughter of Adelaide‘ the Water Walker’
I had the extreme pleasure of interviewing Ramona Wright for WOCP TV for a segment entitled“ Inspired Life-Inspiring Lives” you are going want to see this interview. There is so much wisdom in this young gift and powerful woman. We talked humbled beginning, her mom legacy and influence, her status as a serial entrepreneur, world life changer, and humanitarian
Wright’ s mother, Adelaide Smith and I were college classmates. We both were much the senior of our colleagues and we both had many challenges but none of them stopped us from achieving our goal of higher education-we both desired a better life for ourselves and children. Adelaide’ s life continues to inspire even though she rest in the Father’ s arms. She is called the Water Walker because she lived a life that bears witness to miracles happening today— she had an enormous faith; her children have that same energizing faith.
Ramona Wright daughter of Adelaide‘ the Water Walker’ Smith waited for me to arrive at the Downtown Brooklyn Marriott Hotel where I would interview her for“ Inspired Life-
Inspiring Lives,” Even if I had not seen her photos I would her know she was the Water Walker daughter. She has the same magnetic presence and command of space her mother had. The pair mother and daughter possess an aura that radiates a rich grace that belies a very humble beginning. Wright speaks of her mother’ s legacy that reside in her and her brother, Voltaire Davis, CEO of Amer I Can Re-Up Me. Both the Water Walker and Wright are soft spoken but make no mistake they are powerful beyond words. I can also tell you that they are humble hearts.
