ABOUT THE ARTIST: Wanda Paulette is mainly self-taught and has been painting for more than 35 years. She is a native and current resident of South Florida. She developed a love for portraiture early on and paints abstracted and cubist images of the mainly Afro-centric female portrait. The use of bold and brightly colored palettes is a signature of her work.
