Hathazi Mendes , Hungarian
Artist graduated at Moholy- Nagy University of Art and Design as Textile Designer in Budapest . She paints with bright , vivid colors , drawing inspiration from organic and geometric motifs and style of stained glass of Art Nouveau Movement . Her repertoire includes the beauty of animals , nature , historical buildings , basically everything she encountered with , while living in five different countries in a ten years ’ period of her life ( Hungary , Romania , Poland , Malawi , Portugal ). Her best known and most recognized work is her growing Cat Inspired Artwork Collection , which has 22 vibrant , whimsical cat paintings of sophisticated felines , created with mix technique , but mainly with liquid watercolor ink . She currently lives in Portugal , and works at Karavella Atelier .
