Gabriela Horikawa
palette knife oil painter
with some of the best local artists of the area.
I paint mostly with a palette knife which
gives my paintings an extraordinary sense of
three dimensional relief and texture, the colors
are almost broken not mixed completely and my
palette varies according to each one of my works.
My style is impressionistic and sometimes abstract
based on the subject of each painting, and personal
memories of each one of the places I paint, which
makes each one of them unique.
