Nella cornice unica e piena di fascino del Principato di Monaco si è svolta, in collaborazione con il Governo, la Monaco City Hall e l’ Ufficio del Turismo, la 4 ° edizione della Monte-Carlo Fashion Week( MCFW) che ha avuto un grande successo grazie al susseguirsi di eventi emozionanti. La giornata di apertura è stata dedicata ad un’ interessante Tavola Rotonda con la partecipazione di buyers internazionali quali il Vice Presidente della Camera Nazionale Italiana dei buyers Claudio Betti, Mathilde de Sainth Athost di Nieman Marcus Parigi, Song Pham di Hong Kong e Irina Goudkova Presidente di IFD ed Ambasciatrice della
Chambre Monégasque de la Mode. L’ evento clou è stata la consegna degli MCFW Awards a personaggi importanti della moda e del costume: grande emozione ed entusiasmo nel pubblico quando, ospite d’ onore della manifestazione, S. A. S. la Principessa Charlene di Monaco, ha consegnato l’ award al designer più trasgressivo e di successo del momento, Philipp Plein. Successivamente, presentati da Victoria Silvstedt, sono stati consegnati gli awards a Stella Jean( Special MCFW Award – Ethical Fashion Brand) e al grande fotografo italiano Giovanni Gastel( MCFW Career Award).

The highlight event was the ceremony of the MCFW Awards that went to important figures of fashion and costume: great excitement and enthusiasm in the audience when, the guest of honor at the event, S. A. S. the Princess Charlene of Monaco, handed the award to the most transgressive and successful designers of the moment, Philipp Plein.
