Is there anything more irresistible than a set of beautiful males gathered
together, combining their mystical talents of voice, guitar, drums, bass, and
banjo (or whatever) to produce orgasmic sounds. No. There is no force on earth
quite like the boy band (*cough* excluding 1Direction *cough*).

ARCTIC MONKEYS
The 1975: They’ve been sending teen
girls into fangirl-mode since 1975, when
they formed. Jokes, they’re not that old.
Matthew Healy (vocalist, guitarist),
Adam Hann (guitarist), George Daniel
(drums, background vocalist), and Ross
McDonald (bass), formed in 2002.
However, it wasn’t until late 2013 that
they released their first album, The
1975. It actually reached number one on
the UK Albums Chart just 6 days after
its release! The band is from Wilmslow,
which is also in the UK (these UK guys!)
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Arctic Monkeys: the Male Band of all
Male Bands. The Monkeys are made up
of: Alex Turner <3 (vocalist), Matt Helders
(drummer), Jamie Cook (guitarist), Nick
O’Malley (Bass Guitar), Glyn Jones
(guitar), and Andy Nicholson (bass
guitar). The band originated from
Sheffield in the UK in 2002, and have
been going strong since. They have
released 7 albums thus far, with their
latest album, AM being their most
successful, and for good reason.
THE 1975
The Neighbourhood: is a younger
American band, created in 2011. They
are made up of: Jesse Rutherford
(vocalist), Jeremy Friedman and Zach
Abels
(guitarists),
Mikey
Margott
(bassist), and Brandon Fried (drummer).
They are known mostly from their hit
single, Sweater Weather, and released
their debut album, I Love You, on the
22nd of April, 2013. They also have two
EPs which were released earlier in 2012,
called I’m Sorry…, and Thank You,. I see
a theme, don’t you?
