SMELL IS TIED TO MEMORY, SO TAKING THE TIME TO SNIFF
SOMETHING AMAZING PUTS GOOD STUFF IN YOUR MENTAL RESERVES!

SMALL SLOW
In a land of mega everything... malls,
vehicles, stadiums, it is not surprising
to see a reversion to that which brings
us more in touch with the human

people to slow down and savour life.
Take heart, wanna-be slow pokes...
there is hope! People are joining
together to reignite the art of relishing.
The SLOW MOVEMENT
"is a cultural revolution
against the notion that

The Slow philosophy
is not about doing
everything at a snail's

quality over quantity in everything
from work to food to parenting."

time, another world, which busy,
stressed out people - of this mil-

SIMPLE
Today, everything is "simplified" and
served up to us as a life-improving
proposition. Yet, we still struggle
to unlock the secret of SIMPLE.
Simplicity itself exists in such an
abstract continuum, that a simple
solution is quite simply a myth.

Small-batch wine, beer and spirits,
hand-crafted bread, chocolate and
cheese are just some of the amazing
artisanal offerings that are readily
available in our region. Similarly
the MAKER MOVEMENT – artisans
who craft everything from sweaters to stationary – are a great way
to add authenticity to your wardrobe, your home and your life.
