MOVING WITH CONFIDENCE
It’s pouring rain outside and you left your umbrella in
the car. Would you run across the parking lot to your car? You’re

back to your workout, or taking baby steps on crutches? You’re in
your 70s and a friend invites you to a tennis match. Are you eager
