NUTRITION
FOR MIND, BODY AND SOUL
I have always been more
interested in building my own
fountain of youth than in chasing
one. My secret? Honouring the
small things we do each day to
create an optimal state of health.
My philosophy is that we should feel
better with the passing of time. When
we harness the wisdom and self-awareness gifted to us as we live our lives,
then we are empowered to do what is
needed to feel healthy and youthful.
This article will explore the components
of nutrition that promote rejuvenation.
Good nutrition in combination with the
other fundamentals of health, such as
regular meals, exercise, stress management, proper sleep and detoxification,
fosters youthfulness at any age.
