OMG... weren’t we cute? I mean really... all of us... and we just know you were too!
A-dor-able! Looking at childhood photos has a magical way of reminding us of our best selves
– the selves we used to be when running around was fun and we’d never heard of ‘exercise.’ We
jumped, and stretched and swung from trees because it was fun, not because we were trying
to lose a few pounds or lower our blood presure.
In this issue, we’re time-traveling back to those days, to rekindle that childlike sense of fun. We’ve consulted a whole lot
of very smart adults to help us find ways to get healthier, feel younger and just generally be a whole lot happier with our
lives. And while we’re at it, we’re going to hear about wonderful ways to feed your body to keep it youthful.
