Story Time LIVE Delight in a musical
performance celebrating classic books
and movies, 2pm-3pm. Journey through
a hero’s adventure with music from The
Hobbit, explore a magical land with tunes
featured in 2003’s Peter Pan, and listen to
music from the 2010 version of the classic
Alice in Wonderland. Watch the music come
to life with film clips and images during
the performance. Included with general

Au-Some Aquarium Special evenings,
6pm-8pm, dedicated to providing a safe,
supportive, sensory-friendly environment
where families with autism can meet,
learn, &; have fun together. Held the 1st
Friday of every month (except for June,
July & August) with a different theme each
session. Families enjoy a touch tank, sea
lion show, sensory and art activities, gluten-
free snacks, and information resources
from community partners. $10 per family;

Fearless Family Play Day is presented
the first Saturday of each month from 9am-
5pm, offering a full day of fun and engaging
healthy activities located throughout the
museum. Fearless Family Play Days are $3

Super Heroes Weekend Soar into The
Strong for a hero-filled weekend. Saturday,
March 7 (10am-4pm) and Sunday, March 8
(12pm-4pm). Meet Marvel Comic’s official
Spider-Man on Saturday and Captain
America on Sunday. Pose for a picture
with the characters at a designated time
by picking up a free ticket at the museum
the day of the event, while supplies last.
All weekend long, come in costume and
enroll in Hero Training Camp to leap over
buildings, go on a rescue mission, and lift
giant weights. Learn how to be a hero to your
environment by joining forces with Larry
the H2O Hero. Create a heroic craft, learn
about local comic book conventions, and
test your superhero skills in the American
Comic Book Heroes exhibit. Included with

Art Express: Winter Reflections Painting
Participants listen to a story, look at
artworks in the galleries, and make art,
2pm-4pm. Fun for ages 6-12 with Alison

Family Funday Admission at the new
Northland site for this event, 10am-5pm, is
Pay What You Wish, and includes an array
of programming, including the mobile
ArtCart, Art Baby Stroller Tours (ages 0-24
months), Drop-In Family Art Activities
and Family Fun Tours (45 minutes). This
month’s session also includes a Story Time
Family Workshop for ages 3-6 (10:30am-
11:45am) and Yoga for Kids ages 2-9.
