held at the Southtowns YMCA branch, Feb.
9-17, 8am-10pm, with more than 100 theme
and specialty baskets available. Some of this
year’s top items are an autographed Kyle
Williams jersey, a 50” Flat Screen Smart
TV, and a “Barrel of Fun” with games,
snacks, drinks and a one-year YMCA Family
membership. 100% of the money raised goes
to the Y’s Annual Campaign which provides
financial assistance, making it possible for
more than 500 families in need to take part in

Doc McStuffins: The Exhibit Opening
Celebration Be transported to the backyard

Winter Woods Battle Imagine it’s 1750 in
the middle of winter on the Niagara frontier
at Fort Niagara. What is it like to be a soldier?
The French occupying forces (portrayed by
reenactors) will escort you on a snowshoe
trek into the woods where British Rangers
engage the French in a mini battle in the
woods. Once it’s over, they’ll serve you hot
chocolate over an open fire! Back at the
French Castle, you’ll find hands-on, family-
friendly, indoor & outdoor educational
programs. Weather permitting, snowshoes
will be provided (first-come, first-served)

Alumni Arena will offer a full day of
healthy activities, like swimming, ob-
stacle courses, sports — and even a tod-
dler area! UB Athletes will be on-site
during the event to interact and teach
children how to play certain sports.
