Summer break is almost over ! Looking back on June and July , you ’ ve taken the kids on vacation , been to the playground and parks , completed a variety of camps , and you ’ ve gone swimming more times than you can count . Summer has been fantastic , but with a few weeks left to go , you have most likely exhausted your entertainment options at this point . The kids are bored , and you ’ re out of ideas . The dry , August heat doesn ’ t always lend itself to getting the kids outdoors either . The site includes information about new and upcoming books , reviews by title or age groups , and interviews with authors . In my opinion , the best feature is KidsReads ’ list of over 190 book series . This list is sorted by age and provides kids with reads that have multiple books that include their favorite characters or topics . Teens can visit TeenReads . com for a similar experience .
