Dr Michael Kinchington PhD (Sports Med)
Dr Kinchington holds a Masters Degree in the biomechanics of sports
shoes and a PhD in Sports Medicine. He is a consultant to the Sydney
Swans and Western Sydney Wanderers, and founder of the Centre For
Podiatric Medicine (www.footinjury.com.au) and the Shoe Buddy app
(www.shoebuddy.com.au) that helps consumers buy the right athletic
shoes specific an individual’s athletic and foot shape requirements.

Joe Bonington
Joe is the founder of Joe’s Basecamp, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Joe has been helping people tick items off their bucket list for almost
fifteen years. Joe’s passions for strength and conditioning and the
great outdoors has led him to train with world leaders in fitness,
strength, conditioning and holistic health. Joe is also a trek leader who
has led treks to the Annapurna region, Everest, Kokoda, Kilimanjaro
and Bhutan. Joe’s family has an impressive history of mountaineering
and adventure, his father being one of Britain’s pre-eminent
mountaineers. Joe has broken new ground himself being part of the
first ascent of Danga 2 (6200m) Nepal and, more locally, he has been
involved in extreme adventures for television in the outback of the
Northern Territory’s Cockburn Ranges.

Toni is a freelance health, fitness and travel writer, with 24 years’

Adam is the co-founder of Stair Climbing Australia, which was
established as a means of spreading awareness of what he and a

and race adventures, while simultaneously educating and supporting
anyone interested in getting involved. Based in Geelong (VIC), they
