and Backwards), offers 3 seat positions and or can be used whilst standing.
The independent crank system allows symmetrical and reciprocally cranking,
respectively training with one or both arms independently.
Creating different levels of resistance
ensures a harder or easier workout.
The TRUE Fitness elliptical has many
