[ Frankie ] I use a Gibson J-45 and LOVE it!
[ WM ] What brand / model vocal microphone do you use on stage? In your home studio( if you have one)?
[ Frankie ] On stage, sm58, at home sm7B.
[ WM ] If you play an acoustic guitar, what pickup system is on your guitar?
[ Frankie ] LR Baggs
[ WM ] What brand capo do you use?
[ Frankie ] G7th is my favorite!
[ WM ] What guitar strings do you prefer?
[ Frankie ] D’ Addario Guitar Strings- Phosphor Bronze Acoustic, mediums
[ WM ] Are you using a clip-on tuner? A floor pedal tuner? Which brand?
[ Frankie ] I prefer a floor pedal tuner on stage. I’ ve used both the Korg PB01 Pitchblack Chromatic Tuner, and the Boss TU-3 Chromatic Tuner.
[ WM ] For In-Ear Monitors what brand are you using?
[ Frankie ] The KZ ZS10 Pro are fantastic, and you can’ t beat the price. You can get them off of Amazon!
[ WM ] What do you use to capture song ideas down with?
[ Frankie ] I’ ve always used Voice Memos on my iPhone.
[ WM ] What is the next piece of gear you would be excited to have?
[ Frankie ] I think a Martin 000-X2E
[ WM ] What is a current Worship record you enjoy listening to right now?
[ Frankie ] I’ ve gone back to listening to the All Sons and Daughters self-titled record. Those songs are so, so good.
[ WM ] What are the biggest challenges you have faced as a woman in ministry and how have you grown through it?
[ Frankie ] I’ m grateful that I’ ve been surrounded by some pretty great humans who I trust, and who trust me. I think my biggest challenge has always been confidence in my ability to lead. It’ s funny to look back and see no one has ever said“ You can’ t, Frankie”. It was always my own voice. Time / experience has shaken a lot of that off.
[ WM ] Do you have words of encouragement to fellow worship leaders, worship bands and audio teams who serve week in and week out at their local church?
[ Frankie ] Think the best of the people you’ re working with. You are all working toward the same goal on Sunday morning, and unity among worship leaders / pastors / front of house / etc is so, so important. Kindness costs nothing and can change everything.
