Some advice for your fellow worship guitar players : It ’ s so easy to let ego take over when we ’ re put on the platform , but it ’ s important to remember what we ’ re there to do . When we let guitar tone , and gear , and who has the biggest pedalboard become a distraction from truly worshiping Jesus … then we might want to reevaluate why we ’ re on stage . None of this matters if Jesus is not at the center of everything we do .
