Grant journeyed to California and played professional polo for a number of years. After moving to Dubois, Wyoming, Grant worked a cattle ranch and then returned to Colorado for a short time. In 1997, Wyoming became Grant’s home when he and Jane married. Jane’s grandparents, who came from Switzerland in 1911, homesteaded in the valley. Jane’s father and mother, Walter and Betty Feuz, bought the piece of ranch property which is still family owned today.
