Sheriff Wolfley relayed his story of
fascinating phenomena. At a city
building working on strategy at
the time the bomb detonated, he
was walking down a hallway when
he distinctly heard a voice saying,
“Everything will work out.” He
heard the same message three times.
He simply asked, “How?” He later
learned it was then that the bomb
detonated inside the classroom.
