Vine and Braided Vine
There are multiple items you can craft with vine and/or braided vine. To craft some wands you need braided vine and vine. To craft some particular decks, you need braided vine. The thing is, there is little chance of obtaining them as they are "No Auction" items and bosses do not drop any. The only way you can acquire these reagents is by gardening.
The following plants drop braided vine at elder, but even so, there is only a chance at getting the reagent:

Pink Huckleberries
Silver Trumpet Vine
The following plants may drop vine at elder:
