The user gets 25 percent more in each incoming hit, but gets 25 percent more in each outgoing heal and whenever a heal is cast then you get an absorb.
Shadow Shrike
The user gets minus 25 percent incoming healing, but the user gets 10 percent more damage and 50 percent more armor pierce.
