Almond & White Chocolate Gujiya
This is one of the unique and easy recipe you can try of. Festival times
are all around so grabs this moments add some sweetness in your
diet. It is too easy and made with no hour of time.
Kids will simply love it.
Ingredients:
> 2 cups all-purpose flour
> 1/4 cup clarified butter (ghee)
> 1/2 cup water For filling:
> 1 cup white chocolate
> 1/4 cup dessicated coconut A pinch of green cardamom powder

> 1 tbsp jaggery

Take some flour and ghee together and bind them with water to form a soft dough.
Make sure it left for 3-4 hour.
Then in a bowl, mix the chocolate flakes, coconut, almonds and add
jaggery all together.
---> After that make small balls of the dough and roll it out into 1/2 cm thick circle.
---> Then Place the filling in the center, and close the side properly. Dso that it won’t open.
---> Make sure you don’t over stuff the gujua as it may come iut while frying.
---> Apply water on the edges and seal the ends, the shape will resemble half-moon. Use
cutter to make a design around the edges or pinch and twist the edges.
---> Then Heat oil in a deep pan and add one by one gujiyas to fry till golden brown.
---> Serve hot to your guests and family.
