Method To Prepare Ingredients >> Eggs - 2 boiled >> Onions - 2 (chop it) >> Tomatoes - 2 >> Garlic Cloves - 2 >> Ginger - 1 >> Curry leaves - 3-4 >> Garam masala powder - 3/4th tsp >> Black pepper powder - 1/4th tsp >> Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp >> Coriander powder - 1/4th tsp >> Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp >> Coriander leaves - 1 bunch finely chopped >> Water - 1/4th cup >> Coconut oil - 2tbsp >> Salt - As per your requirement Take 3 tbsp coconut oil in a pan and heat it up for a few seconds. Add ginger, curry leaves, garlic, and onions. Stir this mixture and cook it until it turns golden brown. Ensure to cook this mixture on a medium flame. To the brown onions, add coriander powder, pepper, chili powder, and garam masala powder. Stir this mixture until you get a nice aroma from the masala mixture. To this mixture add tomatoes and the required salt and let it boil for a while. When you see that the tomatoes have turned soft and the masala is mixed well, you can add 1 cup water and let this entire mixture boil well. This mixture will be in the form of a thick gravy.
