Ingredients >> 1/2 a carrot >> 1 cup green peas >> 7-8 broccoli >> 5-6 Zucchini >> 1 cup mushroom >> 1/2 a cup baby corn >> 1 cup shredded cheese >> 2 cups milk >> 1 cup bread crumbs >> 8-10 tsp butter >> Yellow mustard - 2 tsp >> 1 yellow and 1 red capsicum >> 1potato >> Lemon juice - 2 tsp >> Black pepper - 2 tsp >> Salt - As per your requirement >> White sauce - 2 tsp >> Mayonnaise - 2 tsp Method To Prepare: 1 - In a pan, add milk and boil it. While it is boiling, add cheese, butter, mayonnaise and white sauce. Give this mixture a stir until it gets nice and thick. 2 - Add bread crumbs into this mixture, stir it well and put off the flame. 3 - Take another pan, add little butter and yellow mustard. Let it melt well in this mixture. Add baby corn, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, potato and green peas. Give this a good stir and cook it for a few minutes on low flame. 4 - Add 1/2 a cup of water to these vegetables and let them boil for 10 minutes. Strain the water and add back these boiled vegetables into the milk mix. 5 - Now add salt and black pepper. Allow it to cook for a few minutes and keep stirring it until it becomes a thick paste.
