Ingredients > 200 grams mushrooms - you can reduce or add the number of mushrooms based on the number of people you are preparing it for. > Basmati rice - 2 cups > 2 onions - Finely chopped > Curd - 1/2 a cup > Tomatoes - at least 2 if they are medium-sized > Mint leaves - 10 to 12 > Coriander leaves - 10 to 12 > Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp > Green chilies - 2 > Oil or ghee - 2 tbsp > 4 cups water if it is to cups rice > Bay leaf - 1 > Biryani flower - 1 > Jeera - 1 tsp > Cardamoms - 2 > Cinnamon - 2 > Cloves - 3 > Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp Directions : Follow this method and have tasty hot mushroom biryani. Read through! No 1 - Wash rice and soak it for at least 15 minutes. No 2 - Take a pan, let it stay on low flame and if there is water, let that dry first. No 3 - Add oil cinnamon, star, bay leaf, cardamom, and jeera into the pan. No 4 - Wait for a minute, add onions and chilies. Fry this mixture until it turns golden brown so that you can enjoy the flavor. No 5 - You will need to chop all the mushroom pieces well. No 6 - Now, add the ginger-garlic paste into the onions and let this cook for a few seconds. Stir it well, enjoy inhaling the fragrance. No 7 - Add turmeric, salt, and chopped tomatoes to this mixture. Saute all of these well until it all turns soft. No 8 - Add chili powder, mint and coriander leaves. Give this mixture a good stir.
