The songs have been shot well and the performances of the lead actors carry the film further.
The interval episodes are quite powerful and elevate the film well. On the whole, the first half of
Ruler happens to be decent and it keeps good expectations on the second half.
The second half of Ruler fails to make the needed impact. Balakrishna looks rough as Dharma
which will not appeal to the audience. The entire second half looks loud and is filled with
unwanted mass elements. The songs have been canned well though they do not sound good.
Final Word:
Ruler looks like a half baked mass entertainer with an overdose of action and bad narration.
Balakrishna shines well in his assignments.
