Ingredients
Mushroom – 250 grams Fresh cream
Onion – 2 whole chopped Butter
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Tomato – 3 whole chopped
Chillies – 2 whole chopped
Cumin seeds – for
Spices (Turmeric, chilli
powder, cumin,
powder, coriander
powder)
Sugar – ½ tsp
tempering
Method
Step 1
Step 2
Start by washing and cleaning the mushrooms and then
cutting them into quarters
Once done, heat up some oil in a deep bottomed pan,
preferably a kadhai
Step 3 Once the oil is hot, add some cumin seeds and let it crackle
Step 4 Add the chopped onions to the pan and sautee on
medium heat
Step 5 Once it becomes translucent, add the ginger garlic paste
and fry everything together
Step 6 Fry for a few minutes and then add the tomatoes
Step 7 Mix everything and let it cook over the medium heat till the
tomatoes soften
Step 8
Once then soften enough, using the back of a spoon to break
them down to make a gravy like consistency
Step 9
Let that fry for 2 minutes on low heat
Step 10 Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander
powder and chilli powder to the onion base.
