Step 2 - Join your heels, toes,
and legs. Place your palms
on the floor, right below your
shoulders in a way that your
hands are right beside your
chest.
Step 3 - Inhale and lift your
lower body up. Go slow while
you are coming up, first push
your buttocks up, then go on
your toes and balance your
body on your palms and toes.
Step 4 - Slowly bring your
body down and now let your
hands bend in a way that the
elbows face what’s behind you
and look straight in the front.
Step 5 - Relax and adjust your
body like it is a flat plane. While
it may take you time to tune
your body to this position. Once
you get there, see to it that you
don’t bend by any means.
Step 6 - When you want to
come down, place your knees
on the floor and bend on your
knees. Then slowly release
by lying down flat on your
stomach. Take a few seconds
and then sit back straight.
