Mughal Influence on

artists of miniature painting.
On the other side, Jainism
inspired the western Indian
style of miniature painting.
Mughal style painting is
blend of culture, traditions
and religion. It was
developed with the Persian
style in the Mughal era.
The Mughal rulers focused
on Persian style with the
combination of local Indian
art to create a detailed and
royal form of art. Later, the
charming style was shown
in the painting with various
elements. Also European

shifted to other kingdoms.

decrease in patronage of
Mughal Emperors. Then,
Rajput miniature painting
was melded into modern
Rajasthan painting in 17th to
18th century.

literature of Ramayana and
