The line between good & evil runs not between conflicting countries or contrasting cultures or contradictory creeds , but rather flows effortlessly down the river of choice that meanders smoothly through the center of every human heart .
Good is that which is done for others and then bears the fruit of Peace , and Evil is that which is done for self and then bears the fruit of suffering . In each & every moment of each & every lifetime for each & every sentient being , choice is the only barrier between the two , and a vapor-thin barrier it will ever remain .
So pause often each day , my Friends ... Pause and remember who you truly are … Pause & choose anew who you are going to BE in this new moment .
Pause & choose wisely ... … Pause & choose Goodness .
