TAPAS KITCHEN RNLI FUNDRAISER
As the Hoylake & West Kirby Lifeboat Open Day was cancelled for the second year running , Hoylake lifeboat crew member & Tapas Kitchen boss Colin Gordon , with the help of his team and Wards Fish ( Birkenhead ) held their own ‘ Posh Fish Supper ’ Tapas Kitchen Style , in aid of Hoylake & West Kirby RNLI .
Guests were treated to a glass of signature Peach & Elderflower sangria and to a selection of seafood inspired tapas dishes with all profits made from the menu going directly to the RNLI .
The evening was finished off with a prize draw and auction , donated by Elixir , Oxton and The Tapas Kitchen , raising a staggering £ 1220.00 to enable our local Lifeboat crew ’ s to continue to save lives at sea .
