EASTHAM PAVILION SUMMER BALL
After a 2-year gap in the social calendar at Anselmians RUFC , they kicked off their social events season in style with their Summer Ball on the 21st August . The event was a glamorous with the Who ’ s Who of the Wirral rugby social network making an appearance .
Club President Ravi Sibal said “ What a fantastic way to mark the arrival of the Eastham Pavilion as the ‘ place to be seen ’ on the Wirral , a hub for the Village and a new venue for the Wirral events scene ”
The event was an opportunity to showcase the fantastic new £ 2.5m clubhouse , with a champagne and cocktail reception , before we headed down to the packed marquee for a fantastic meal and dancing late into the night .
The event was a fantastic start to a jam-packed week with the world-famous Nigel Owens MBE , being the guest speaker at a packed Sportsman ’ s lunch on Friday followed by the infamous 3 day beer festival over the bank holiday weekend .
The clubs ’ social calendar for the 2021-22 season is jam packed with events including pre-match lunches before every senior home game , a Christmas festival on the 10th -12th December and plenty more .
