I appreciate that when you are booking a holiday , or making any purchase , you have a choice . Things that may go through your head are : Should I use a national company ; should I use a multinational ; should I buy local ; should I buy online ; should I go into a shop ; who will give me the best service ; who is the cheapest ; who can I trust ?
We always appreciate every customer who chooses to use Perfect Getaways and I want to go through why I believe you should choose us over any other holiday booking alternative .
We Are Local I believe in buying local and supporting local businesses . When I make a purchase I always prefer to do so through a local business owner rather than a multi-national company . I find the personal touch and the service I receive is generally far better than from a larger company that doesn ’ t know the community or the area . Plus , I like to support the ‘ buy local ’ philosophy .
We are a local company based on the Wirral . All our shops are in Merseyside and Cheshire . The local community has been extremely good to us since we opened and I always look to give back to the local community in many ways – whether it is through sponsoring local sports teams , raising money for local causes , doing work for local causes , donating prizes or helping the local schools and centres with equipment or teaching . We are proud of our area and want to grow with the local community supporting each other along the way .
We Are Here For You Holidays have obviously been massively affected by the COVID crisis with thousands of holidaymakers having their trip cancelled or worried about what was happening . We have been here since day one of the COVID crisis , we never went away . We had plans in place to ensure the continuity of the business and all of our staff were setup to be able to work from home within hours .
Our phone lines have always been answered and we have spent months pro-actively helping customers ( and customers of other companies ) with their holidays . Even over the past couple of weeks , we have been in-store up until 10pm some nights sorting people ’ s bookings out who were due to travel the next day and were affected by government introducing stricter rules to certain countries and airlines cancelling flights last minute .

We have travelled the four corners of the globe and listen to customer feedback on every holiday taken .
