Phoenix Legal Solicitors launched from their new
West Kirby office in March 2018. We caught up with
the founder Alisha Butler to find out what they do.
With over 20 years experience in the legal sector,
Phoenix Legal Solicitors cover a variety of legal
topics from Medical Negligence, Wills, Contract and
Employment issues. It may be a small company but this
allows them to offer great personal service and out of
hours help when needed.
Alisha explained “Having worked at a lot of the larger
firms in the North West I always became disillusioned
with the way they treated the clients. The bigger the
firm grew; customer satisfaction went, as the money
came in. We offer a more personal service. I deal with
every person that comes through to us, they get my
mobile number and can call me or email me anytime
and they will get a response, usually within an hour or
two.
"I also have the benefit of being a Solicitor Advocate
which gives me the same rights as a Barrister and so I
can attend a hearing/trial on behalf of a client which
allows me to deal with the cases from start to finish.
For clients the “start to finish” system can be invaluable
as it saves time explaining to each person they speak to
what happened or what they want to be updated on”.
The firm has also tailored their fee structure so that all
clients can afford help.
Alisha said “Not all clients need a Solicitor to deal with
the initial stages of a claim, they can do this themselves.
We offer assistance at any stage of a claim and so if
someone simply wants us to attend a hearing or trial
for them on their behalf, as they are unsure how they
are conducted, then we will do this for a fixed fee which
keeps the costs to a minimum for the client.
"Others want us involved from the start and this is
available to on a fixed fee basis or a no win no fee. This
simplifies it for clients and they know that they will
not be hit with a big bill at the end, as this leads to a
breakdown in relationships”.
