COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH Plum Satay Created by Ex-Directory, Liverpool This Asian influenced cocktail is inspired by the traditional plum satay dish, we combine plum sake and strawberry liqueur with Portobello Road gin and shake it with peanut butter and a whole egg to give it a rich, creamy texture. • • • • • • Portobello Road Gin Umeshu Plum Sake Strawberry Liqueur Peanut Butter Syrup Lemon Juice Whole Egg Method: Shake and fine strain, garnishing with edible flowers and sesame seeds.
