Plum Satay
Created by Ex-Directory, Liverpool
This Asian influenced cocktail is inspired
by the traditional plum satay dish, we
combine plum sake and strawberry liqueur
with Portobello Road gin and shake it with
peanut butter and a whole egg to give it a
rich, creamy texture.

Umeshu Plum Sake
Strawberry Liqueur
Peanut Butter Syrup
Lemon Juice
Whole Egg
Method: Shake and fine strain, garnishing
with edible flowers and sesame seeds.

the Viking team have chosen this beer. There are
some people who do a job and then there are some
who are their job and it is hard to imagine a world
where the two don't co-exist, especially in brewing
and Aleš is one of those examples.
I reckon watching that in the Viking with a
Tankové Pivo in hand is maybe, just possibly, the
only form of socially acceptable iPhone usage in
this glorious pub…
