Some more notable performances of KingFast’s include Liverpool International Music Festival, Cannes (during the film festival), Edinburgh Fringe, Nantwich Jazz Festival, Liverpool Sound City and Aintree Racecourse for Ladies Day. Since winning Merseyrail Sound Station 2017 KingFast’s audience has grown greatly and his sound developed. It is very apparent upon listening to KingFast’s music that there is a fusion of several genres but seemingly most prominent is a cross between Pop and Soul. THE KLUBS Legendary 1960s Wirral psychedelic band The Klubs have secured a Worldwide release of a download only version of their 60s album ‘Midnight Love Cycle’. The album is a collection of recordings made from 1967 to 1969, in Abbey Road, Studio 2, (The Beatles favourite recording space), Decca Hampstead Studios, London and Liverpool’s own Cam Records. Among the tracks is a blistering version of the Jimi Hendrix song ‘Fire’ recorded in 1968 with legendary Jam producer Vic Coppersmith Heaven at the controls. Norris (Noz Easterbrook) says “International interest has grown in The Klubs over the years and now the time is right for the worldwide release.
