Innovative start-up 'Match My House' having received angel
investment last year, has now launched on the Wirral, with future
plans to conquer the UK. "One of the issues we wanted to remove is the limited office
hours communication and having to communicate through
third parties. Like many of the social media platforms Match
My House allows you to make connection requests, and once
connected communicate through the platform 24/7, users can
ask questions, arrange viewings, and even place bids. Match My
House also wanted to give the ability for Sellers to proactively
find Buyers themselves, and not wait for someone to approach
the agent, or trust the agent to be proactive on your behalf."
Match My House is the brainchild of Dan Thomas, a local Wirral
resident. The recent injection of investment will help launch this
much-needed service, which was formulated to streamline the
property market.
Dan said: "My wife and I have moved home 4 times in the past
10 years, crazy I know, and each time we found ourselves having
similar frustrating experiences from the service provided by
estate agents, don’t get me wrong there are agents offering a good
service, though unfortunately this was a rare occurrence in our
experience."
Dan has always had that burning ambition to start his own
company and having submitted a business plan through
the Angel Investment Network, received the much-needed
investment to start his journey into entrepreneurship.
Match My House is providing a new and alternative way for
Buyers and Sellers to do business, whether you’re with or without
