CMI SUCCESS BOOSTS BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND SKILLS
Wirral Chamber of Commerce has held its inaugural CMI Certificate presentation to the first cohorts which have successfully completed their Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management.
Over the last couple of months, the delegates attended sessions at The Lauries and completed practical assignments on Management Communication and Improving Performance, demonstrating how they can apply what they have learned into their workplace.
Paula Basnett, CEO of Wirral Chamber of Commerce, commented,“ It is fulfilling to see this group develop their skills and learn not only from the course but also from each other by sharing best practice. They will now be able to apply their new knowledge and skills in supporting their respective businesses.”

The CMI( Chartered Management Institute) Certificate in First Line Management is a level 3 qualification and is ideal for developing team leaders, supervisors and first line managers. The course looks to improve supervisory and management skills and techniques, together with individual qualities and approaches vital for successful career advancement in management.
