• Good weather brings good moods and an
enthusiasm to get out there and secure the
property which is right for you.
• The majority of serious buyers avoid Autumn
and Winter because of the weather conditions
and shorter daylight hours. This makes Summer
and Spring the ideal seasons for buyers to
commit to viewings.

So isn’t Summer just as good as Spring if not
better? No, Summer isn’t as ideal for those who
might plan their holidays between July and
September.
Also, if you put it off until Summer, unless you get
early interest you might find yourself in Autumn
before you get viewings.
So our advice would be to move quickly, get your
property on the market by mid-June and anyone
viewing in June or July will see your property in its
most flattering light (literally).
