JET LI ' S MASTER, MASTER WU BIN COMES TO THE WIRRAL
Here is your chance to train with the world famous Master Wu Bin( Jet Li ' s master) as part of the international Chinese Martial Arts Championship and Chinese Culture Festival taking place in Wirral on 23rd & 24th June 2018.
China Spirit UK and Team Shaolin invite you to take part in the 9th Team Shaolin Wushu Open 2018 and join in with the event that will be held at the Oval Sports Centre, Bebington and Williamson Art Gallery, Birkenhead.
China Spirit UK is based in Wirral and is a not-for-profit organisation which was founded in 2012. The organisation was set up by a real Martial Arts Master, Master Xingbo, who trained in the Shaolin Temple, to deliver a range of activities to improve health and well-being to all age groups from children to adults and to bring together UK ' s Chinese Martial Artists.
During the first 6 years, Team Shaolin went through development stages, however today, it has grown bigger and stronger during the years and is ready for its biggest event yet.
Gyongyver Liu, Business Development Manager at China Spirit UK, said: " This year, the competition and festival is going to be bigger and better. Master Wu Bin- Jet Li ' s teacher- has already accepted our invitation to act as the main judge. He is the Chief instructor of the Beijing Wushu Team. Mr Guochao Wang, who is also a member of the Beijing Wushu Team, has already signed up as a judge and has agreed to hold workshops."
" The event location is more accessible to teams from the whole of the UK. And with two airport ' s nearby: Liverpool and Manchester, interest has already been expressed by teams from the UK, USA, China, Northern Ireland and Hungary too. International and local media have also been invited to broadcast from the event."
