What was it like getting through to the final of the Great British Menu? Seems so long ago now! I was so thankful. Couldn’t bear the idea of having to do it again. It was probably the most stressful thing I have ever done! I loved it and learnt so much and made so many great friends, just make sure you say yes to every opportunity before you think about it too much otherwise it would be easy to say no! What dish could you eat at any time? I could live on curry all day!! Curry, curry, curry! You have achieved so much at such a young age - what else is on your wish list? I’d love a fish and chip shop, a pub and a pie shop. I’d love to do my fat pig pies in a footy stadium. A cookbook would be good, but not a chefy one. I want to do food for the people, stuff that can be recreated at home! My beautiful restaurants are where you will get the chefs stuff! 22 wirrallife.com
