On Thursday 8th March 2018, The Art
School hosted the first of a series of special
events in 2018 - A Special Dinner with Chef
Paul Askew and fellow Great British Menu
competitor, Chef Tom Brown.
The evening comprised of three innovative
dishes from Tom and three from Chef Askew.
Both chefs are passionate about the use of
local and seasonal ingredients - and it was
amazing to see them in action.
With Champagne and canapés upon arrival,
six delightful courses with some extra special
touches throughout the night, it was an
evening to remember.
