ABBEYFIELD LEAR HOUSE RESIDENTS HAVE A BLOOMING GOOD TIME !
Residents at Lear House in West Kirby have been keeping busy in the garden over the last few weeks .
Ailsa Wright , Manager at Abbeyfield Lear House said : " Our sensory garden is the perfect place for our residents to spend time outdoors . There is seating on the patio with umbrellas and also table and chairs inside the garden room . It ’ s a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy a drink and some music .
" We have been busy doing lots of planting adding colour to the garden . There are lots of keen gardeners amongst our residents and they have loved getting involved in choosing where to plant things and helping out with the planting .
" Our residents have also played a part in decorating the garden room with wonderful artwork displayed on the wall at the back of the room .
" The garden also provides another venue for live music . We recently enjoyed a performance in beautiful sunshine from Rob Steele ."
