W L THE MOUSE @ BRIMSTAGE RE-OPENS WITH A NEW OUTSIDE BAR After nearly four months in ‘Lockdown’, the Mouse @ Brimstage are delighted to re-open and are very much looking forward to seeing returning and new customers to The Mouse. Wirral Life caught up with owner, Dani Roberts to see what they've been up to during lockdown. Dani Roberts said: "During the lockdown period we wanted to play our part by supporting our local NHS, we’re very proud to have donated 400+ freshly cooked meals to Arrowe Park & Clatterbridge hospitals. Thank you for the brilliant work you do for us all #Protect the NHS! "This year we had planned to build our 150 seat marquee for weddings and events. Unfortunately this has now been postponed to Summer 2021 due to COVID-19. However, not to be deterred, we decided to invest and build Wirral’s first outside bar with 10m of covered decked terrace so that our customers can enjoy our large beer garden all year round. "It’s been none stop the last month, as well as building the outside bar and transforming our large beer garden into the hidden gem of the Wirral, we got out the paint and have given the barn and conservatory a make over. "We look forward to welcoming you back and especially to the first outdoor sheltered bar and terrace on the Wirral! "Special thanks to Graham and the team at the Leverhulme Estate office who’ve been a tremendous support during lockdown."
