TAKING A LEAP OF FAITH: MY NEW CHAPTER IN HEALTH AND WELLBEING
BY ANN MARIE DAVIES
After many rewarding years supporting individuals and organisations with their wellbeing, mental health, and workplace inclusion, I am excited to announce the launch of my new venture, Ann Marie Davies Health and Wellbeing.
Recently, I made the difficult but empowering decision to step away from my role as Co-Founder and Director of a wellbeing company after 8 years to pursue a new path and take a leap of faith. While it wasn ' t an easy decision, I felt it was the right time to create something that truly reflects my passion, experience, and vision for supporting people and businesses to thrive.
During this time, I have had the privilege of delivering Mental Health First Aid England training to thousands of people across the UK. I have worked with Uk organisations and global companies of all sizes to develop wellbeing strategies that create healthier, more supportive workplaces where people can flourish.
As a trained counsellor, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist, I also provide therapeutic support to individuals who may be facing challenges in their personal or professional lives. Supporting people through difficult times and helping them build resilience is something I am deeply passionate about.
Through Ann Marie Davies Health and Wellbeing, I offer a range of services for both individuals and businesses. My consultancy work focuses on helping organisations navigate important workplace topics such as mental health, menopause in the workplace, neurodiversity, wellbeing strategy, and employee support. Whether you are looking for personal support or expert guidance for your business, I have the experience and knowledge to help.
One of the things I love most about working in this space is the incredible support and sense of community we have here on the Wirral. I have been fortunate enough to work closely with Si Hall and Nicky Rigby at Wirral Life Magazine for some time now, and I am continually inspired by the way local people support one another. We genuinely have each other ' s backs, and that community spirit is something I value enormously.
As if launching my new business wasn ' t exciting enough, I am also incredibly proud to have recently been selected as a finalist in the
Ms Great Britain Classic competition. This is a fantastic opportunity, and I am extremely grateful to founder Karen Sealeaf-Whittam from Oxton Barns wellbeing hub, who has kindly sponsored me on this amazing journey plus a big thank you to all the amazing ladies who will be getting me prepared for the competition, with holistic therapies and reformer Pilates.
As part of my participation in the competition, I will be raising money for two charities that are very close to my heart: Cancer Research UK and A-Sisterhood.
A-Sisterhood is a UK-based organisation dedicated to supporting, empowering, and protecting women around the world. The charity raises funds for causes that focus on ending violence against women, tackling gender-based abuse, and helping women in need both nationally and internationally.
Fundraising is a huge part of my Ms Great Britain journey, and I would love to connect with local businesses, organisations, and individuals who would like to get involved.
If you have an event coming up, would like to sponsor part of my fundraising efforts, or simply want to find out more about the work I do through Ann Marie Davies Health and Wellbeing, I would be delighted to hear from you. Or simply if you would like to donate here are the links to both charity pages.

Together, we can raise as much money as possible for these incredible charities while making a positive difference in our community and beyond. This year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for me. Launching my own business, continuing to support people with their wellbeing, and representing causes that matter deeply to me feels like the natural next step in my journey.
Sometimes the biggest opportunities come when we are brave enough to take that leap of faith, and I cannot wait to see what comes next.
