Husband and wife Moyo and Jana have combined their expertise and years of culinary experience to offer a refreshing and relaxed approach to modern dining. Moyo and his team have created an excellent reputation at Nova that has now grown for 13 years and will continue to do so, not just within the kitchen but also with their outside catering business ' Nova The Outsiders '. Bringing outstanding level of expertise and delighting guests at weddings, special occasions and even in their homes.
Moyo is classically trained in the art of French cuisine, yet adding his own unique style and identity to his dishes using locally and carefully sourced ingredients.
Starters Falafel, Arrabiata and pickled seaweed.

Mains Belly pork, rib, mushroom, sage and onion.

If you ' ve not been, you really must, this is a jewel of the finest quality in Wirral ' s crown! For food of such taste, beauty and attention to detail, you would presume a much higher price. Well, we were really surprised by how reasonable it is. It ' s not just for special occasions, although every time you feel that little bit special.
A major well done to Moyo and his carefully cultivated hand picked team of specialists that are completely changing Wirral ' s culinary landscape.
