Behind the scenes , we have Charl , who lovingly prepares homemade scones using her grandma ’ s cherished recipe . Peg , Cath , Jackie , Tracy , and Kyle whip up our famous Parkgate scouse , Fish and chips , and Chows ’ salt and chilli specialties .
Our front-of-house team – Mitch , Charl , Sarah , Sara , James , Liv , Izzy , Niamh , Ruby , Lauren , Fran , Sophia , Charlie , Isaac , and Gigi – are the heart of our café . Their dedication , hard work , and tender loving care make every visit special .
